Add events and shows to your site
Publish exhibitions and shows with dates, and share a calendar.

Exhibitions, fairs, open studios, gallery talks — put them on your site so collectors know where to find you.
Add an event
Go to Audience → Shows and click Add event. Enter a title, description, location, and an optional link.
Dates and hours
Add one or more day sessions — each with its own start and end time — for multi-day shows with different hours each day. Event times display as you enter them (wall-clock), so there's no timezone confusion.
Attachments
Attach an image (used as the event's cover) or a PDF (a price list or catalog).
Publish
Toggle an event to public and it appears on your site's Events page — in both a list view and a month calendar — and in an Events block on any page. Visitors can even subscribe with an "Add to calendar" (ICS) link.
Private events stay in your dashboard only — handy for planning before you announce.
