- Eligibility
- Projects must be artist-organized and self-initiated within the Twin Cities seven-county metro region. Lead organizer must live in the region and play a key role in creation/execution. 501c3s, incorporated businesses, and students (except PhD students) are not eligible. Projects must have a publicly accessible component, function primarily in visual arts context, cannot charge admission, and must start no earlier than January 1, 2027 and be completed by June 30, 2028.
