- Eligibility
- Artist-organized projects in Twin Cities seven-county metro region with publicly accessible visual arts component. Lead organizer must live in metro area and play key role. 501c3s, incorporated businesses, and students (except PhD students) not eligible. Projects cannot charge admission. Must start after January 1, 2027 and complete by June 30, 2028.
