- Eligibility
- Open to residents of New Jersey, 18 years or older. Entries must be original, created entirely by the artist in the last four years, in a water-based media including watercolor, acrylic, casein and gouache on paper, Yupo, Aqubord, Clapboard or other similar water media surfaces. Minimum painting size (without a mat or frame) must be at least 9" x 12". Maximum framed size must not exceed 48" in any direction.
