Your account, privacy, and data

Your account is yours — including your data. ManageCanvas makes it easy to manage both.

Account settings

Go to Account → Settings to update your site name, subdomain, contact email, and profile. This is also where you connect a custom domain and manage site-wide options.

Your data is yours

You can export your account and store data, and buyers who used your storefront can ask you to access or delete their information — you're the controller of your buyers' data, and ManageCanvas acts as your processor.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Two things are preserved by design:

• Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records).
• Delivered certificates, which become permanent public attestations (scrubbed of buyer personal data) so collectors' provenance never disappears.
